Verifying the Knobster is connected
Air Manager
With the Knobster plugged in to USB, go to the Air Manager Settings tab and verify that it is connected.

Enabling the Knobster for panels
Air Manager
Go to the Panels tab and selected the panel that should be used with the Knobster. Scroll down in the panel settings and find the Knobster settings. Select your Knobster from the drop down box.

Using the Knobster
On your Knobster enabled panel select either a dial or switch with your touch screen or mouse, a yellow circle will highlight the selected dial or switch. Now turn the Knobster knob(s) to actuate the software dial or switch. Some dials and switches have a button incorporated, press the Knobster inner knob to actuate the software button.
Single dial
With a single dial selected, either in the inner or outer knob can be used to actuate the dial.
Double dial
With a double/dual dial selected, the (big) outer knob operates the bottom dial, the (small) inner knob operates the top dial. This is for example used with COM / NAV radios.
Switch
Switches with three or more positions can be operated with either knob.
Buttons
Only buttons that are incorporated into a dial or switch can be operated by pressing the inner knob.
