This page explains things to note when you upgrade an existing instrument made in Air Manager 3.x to Air Manager 4.x.
The biggest difference between AM 3.x and AM 4.x is the navigation database. It has been revamped, and now contains much more information.
Unfortunately, this means that it is not completely backwards compatible.
