Obviously removing the last instrument that was editing from the ..\Users\..\Air Manager\instruments\OPEN_DIRECTORY directory, Air Manager reloads. How do I avoid losing hours of work because at the last minute Air Manager didn't like a programming step of a LUA script?

All scripts get scanned when Air Manager starts. If there's a serious error in there, then it can lock up.

Ready solved. A nonsense. I simply modify the "logic.lua"
It must be the hours of work that have me exhausted.

Hi,
I am new to AM. I purchased the desktop version to run on my dual screen computer (same cpu) few days back. I followed all steps mentioned in the Sim Innovations Wiki and installed AM desktop version (black icon) and AM plugin. Plugin says every thing installed and I verified that its in correct directory.
When I click AM shortcut from my desktop, It just shows the windows blue circle for few seconds and nothing happens. I tried uninstall_reinstall atleast 7-8 times, no success. I checked FW and AV settings no block or quarantine what so ever. I created a firewall rule , still no luck. I cant figure out whats wrong. Searched hours in internet, but does not see this issue anywhere. Finally I opened a ticket with support for help 3 days back, but I think my English is not so good, they are not able to understand the issue. At last I came here, expecting experienced users of AM might help me. If you can guide me, it will be a great help.

Attaching few screenshots, which might be helpful.

I am using:

RTX 3060 12 GB
AMD Ryzon 5600G graphics card
32 GB Ram
Primary: 43 Inch UHD Qled monitor, 32 Inch Secondary Monitor (where I want to use AM panels)
Mainly want to use it with Xplane 12.1 stable version.

I understand what you meant. I just had to find out what happened.
This has nothing to do with firewall settings and such.

Can you check the Windows event viewer?
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/shows ... ent-viewer
I think that it is in Windows event log - Application
Hopefully there's something useful there.

Hey Ralph,
Thanks for your reply. As suggested I went to Windows log>Application in event manager. I scrolled all events till the date when I first bought and installed AM and then FIND function to see any AM related logs. No success. I have exported all events in txt format. Do you want me to attach that here? or can you help me what exactly I am looking for.

Thanks again for your reply.

They won't be named Air Manager. It would be either something with bootloader or java.

Hi Ralph,

I checked manually from the date of purchasing AM as well as did a find from Event viewer. Nothing found with the match Bootloader or Java. Attached screenshots for your reference.
