No access to my account

Sorry to bother you here but this is the only possible way I have to contact. I have had an account created for several years but I have encountered the following problem, I can no longer access my account. Although I have my password and email, it says that the account does not exist. I am trying to create another one but the web always remains in the captcha of i,m not a robot.

I don't know what to do to access. The only place I have been able to access is the forum. it does not allow me to send tickets either

The forums is a different account. Are you maybe trying to login to the wiki? Because that's not possible.

continues unchanged. I use the password reset that I did at 15.55z.
