Unable to connect Air Manager (AM), on laptop, to X-plane 11 (XP) on desktop.
XP running on Windows 10 Desktop computer, with BETA AM plug-in 4.1.4.2.
AM 4.2.2 running on Windows 10 laptop.
Both on same local network and sub net, and each has its own static IP.
Able to “ping” back and forth successfully.
Both network adapter share settings set to “Private.”
Windows Defender disabled on both.
Even though I employ separate Netgate protections, the conditions persist even when all are disabled.
Reinstallation of both AM and Plug-in attempted, unsuccessfully.
Each time, after attempting to run XP and AM, the “xpl-log.txt” file show “Disabled”…”Asked to Stop”… as shown on attached photo.
I have run out of solutions. Any chance you can help?

Re: AM 4.2.2 “Searching for Flight Simulator “
I got it working, and it was the simplest fix.
All I had to do was unplug the touchscreen HDMI cable attached to my laptop running Air Manager, wait a few seconds, then re-plug in the HDMI cable, forcing Windows to reconnect and configure the monitor. Instantly, Air Manager began working. All the previous hours of troubleshooting were an exercise in futility.
I hope this saves someone the trouble. Happy sim’ing..
