We have heared this from more people, but unfortunately cannot reproduce it here in the office.

If you are willing to, I can connect to your computer remotely through teamviewer. Maybe I can figure out why it is crashing.
This will probably take about a hour, and involves installing Microsoft Visual Studio before hand.
