Air player disconnected

Add exclusion of both "bootloader.exe" and "javaw.exe" processes name to the Exclusion list in Windows Defender (Yes we have to notice even Windows Defender disabled, there's still a core part for run time processes, even if we think the opposite, which is active, as Windows Defender is installed as a virtual app inside windows itself)
Also add both Air Manager/Air Player folders to the Exclusion list and also the folder where the personal instruments are located for both Air Manager/Air Player

I just added the exclusions

In the Air Manager computer:



In the Air Player computer:



Same results



However notice at the lower right corner "Connected to X-Plane" which is in the same computer that the Air Player that is unable to connect to.

It's working now !!!!!

I had another copy of X-Plane in the “office computer”, the one that runs Air Manager. I just renamed the folder “X-Plane 11” so that AM doesn’t see the xplane in this computer and AM connected to AP automatically. To summarize:

Simulator Computer
==============
Air Player
X-plane 11
Cockpit hardware, big screens, etc.


Office Computer
============
Air Manager
X-plane 11 (a copy to test panels when I don’t want to turn on the simulator computer)

I renamed the folder of this second X-Plane and all started working.

Is it possible to have X-plane also in the “office computer” ? Possible reinstalling?

I see the automatic or manual connection is not checked (enabled) in your screenshot for Air Player, could be an issue
Could you check it and trying again ? Notice this would require a running X-Plane sim in your case
