AM 172 panel with FS2020 'basic' version ? - does it work ?

While the discussion has been focused on the EGT FS2020 sim for the 172 it looks to be the same instrument for the Xplane and the Laminar C172SP. The EGT does not function. The datarefs are active but the needle does not respond. Appreciate comments on this. Bill

I adjusted the max EGT setting for the Xplane Laminar C172SP EGT/FuelFlow gauge. I found a max EGT setting of 1350 would match the EGT value or position in the Laminar C172. Also checked to see that the SI EGT gauge peaked at the same time as the Laminar gauge. We are not interested in the actual exhaust gas temp (the gauge does not offer a value) but do want to have the 25deg increment match in my assessment. This EGT increment is useful for rich or lean of peak setting though CHT values are most important. This setting seemed to be the right value. Bill
