Some incredible home sims here and I am very impressed with the quality and detail of everyone's efforts!
I started my project in December of 2020 and finished in December of 2021. I was getting very frustrated not being able to rent/fly and keep current so this project came to be. I haven't added up the costs and I'm not sure I want to but here are the specs...

Looks great! Do you experience any stutters or tearing with those TV screens?

Thanks! Not too much stuttering or tearing at all. If all the detail and terrain is turned up to Max then the framerate does drop off on the side monitors at lower altitudes. For example in the Los Angeles basin on it gets bad if "Number of World Objects" is above High and Weather (clouds) are selected.

What speed are you running your processor at? You should be able to get an all core 5 to 5.2 ghz, maybe slightly more.
