Well is it something that SI implemented?

Do I like it? NO.

But we do not get spam anymore. :o

Not sure I like the user interface to jump through all the hoops to post on a forum i have been a member for more than a few years.

It's not something we have implemented, it is default phpBB functionality.

I am going to see what I can do, but not before I'm back from vacation.

I found some time and got to open my laptop (in other words, I was allowed to ;)) I have turned off the spamhaus check. We'll have to see what happens, if the number of spammers increases.

If spam gets out of control then switch it back on.
Will have to learn to live with it.

Had this from a member on the discord....
Hi there Keith. I'm not sure where the right place is top ask for help with my issue - any time I try to log in to the forums I get an error message saying I've exceeded the maximum allowable number of login attempts.

Something clearly not working. I click on your link and NADA.
Perhaps the OP has a similar experience and asks for assistance.
Might be the issue???
