Attached you will see the same publication with Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Edge. It's not about how I set up my images in the forum editor or how it is on my server, it's about issues related to HTTPS and the forum software.

Now back to the subject of my initial post, I will post next, the same initial post, but attaching the images from my computer and placing them inline. Thanks!Image2.png
No problem at all with Chrome, never has been. it's you and your end. Some obscure reference from over a year ago does not a problem make. ;) - what you state above is blatantly incorrect. Don't believe everything you read. If you want to find some obscure reference to fit your theory it will be available somewhere on the internet for any scenario you care to imagine. ;)

Dear jhp,
As you can see, I already fixed the issue of images in a new post (https://siminnovations.com/forums/viewt ... 800#p47800). Please let's leave this topic for another day and focus on the real problem of my post. Have a nice day.

I'm not really sure what the problem is. You are aware that Air Player has no GUI?

That would be an easy fix for us then
But default it doesn't show anything. You have to configure and start a panel from Air Manager first.

Indeed :D

I have 2 more questions today.

The wiki Air Player 4.x Manual ( https://siminnovations.com/wiki/index.p ... stallation ) …
Image1.png
…obviously refers to a desktop GUI based Air Player like Windows, Mac OS and a Linux AMD environment, but not for the Raspberry Pi “per se”, and thanks to you, now I know that the AP version for RPI doesn’t have a GUI, by the way, which is not mentioned anywhere LOL.

So, all the instructions on that ‘manual’, doesn’t apply to the ARM environment like the Raspberry. Is a little ironic that the manual says ‘This page will explain how to use Air Player’, because is not for you! Raspberry user

… May be in the future will be a dedicate wiki for the Air Player running on a Raspberry, and it will will be useful.

In the wiki ‘Once configured, Air Player can operate completely on it's own’ …
Image3.png
Image3.png (9.09 KiB) Viewed 3997 times
… Correct me if I’m wrong, but it is not really an a ‘stay along’ operation. After you have configured Air Player with the Air Manager and press “start” to show the console in the Raspberry, you can quit Air Manager and the console will be still running in the Raspberry Air Player, but once you turn off the Raspberry and turn it on again, you have to load the console in Air Manager, and press "start" to see it in the RPI.

Question No. 1
I don’t know how Air Player works in a Windows/Mac/Linux(amd) desktop environment, but is there any chance that once the (ARM)Air PLayer is configured with the Air Manager, and when you turn on the Raspberry on, the console immediately comes out in the RPI? I'ts crazy I know, but maybe it's an idea.

Question No. 2
I haven't fully immersed myself in Air Manager yet and I apologize for it and if this question already exists or there is a thread about it. If the previous question is impossible for now, could you guide me how to make Air Manager open by default an already preprogrammed/configured console?

I won't bother you with more questions (for today :D ) and I hope you are enjoying your well-deserved vacation Ralph.
Have a nice weekend!

Best regards,
Nicolas.

Neither version of Air Player has a GUI. That's the whole point of Air Player, to make it a lightweight application.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'console'?
You don't have to start it manually each time if you enabled auto start during installation.

Hi Ralph,
Sorry if I didn't answer before, since I went to the beach for the weekend and there is no internet there. I'm just now reading your message.

Ok, I think I did not express myself correctly with my last two questions. Let me rephrase, since I misused the term "console" and meant a "panel":

1. Is there no way for the Air Player in the RPI to start up with the desired panel without the need for the Air Manager (AM) or does it always have to be configured from the (AM) every time the RPI is turned off?

2. Is there a way to program the Air Manager so that when it starts up, it starts at once with a specific "panel", or does it have to be done manually each time?
