P3Dv5 AM 4.1.4 No Instrument Power On

Hello all,
Upon updating AM in all my P3D cockpits to AM 4.1.4
I noticed that the P3D Event ID "AVIONICS_MASTER_SET" will turn off fsx_event("AVIONICS_MASTER_SET", 0) on command as desired.
BUT will not turn back on command fsx_event("AVIONICS_MASTER_SET", 1).
It seems to only be able to be turned off but cant be turned back on again.
I rolled back to an older version AM 4.0.2 and P3D Event ID "AVIONICS_MASTER_SET" works fine again.
Could anyone else verify this?
