Visible "TAB" in console

#1 Post by Keith Baxter »

Hi,

@Corjan I am ringing your door bell again. Please do not set your pooch on me.

Is it possible to have a "Visible" tab somewhere in the console. By clicking on the tab we can see what nodes (if not included in a group) and groups that are currently in a visible state. Yes a tough ask sorry. ;)

In coding and debugging a node might be visible but "Z" order might be the issue. Or the node might be in another group that is not visible.

I think you might understand where I am coming from and have a better solution.

Think on it. No rush for a response.

Hi,

Implementing something like that is quite involved. I would guess that would be about 2 weeks of work.
And I think this is only usefull to the most hardcore users of Air Manager.

For those reasons, don't except something like this to appear any time soon.

To prevent stuff like 'hidden' nodes, I would recommend trying to segement the code into smaller libs as much as possible, and only work at one segment at a time. Doesn't solve it completely, but might help.
