Twin Otter Premium Panel
Twin Otter Premium Panel
Hi Siminnovations Team!
Are there any plans to update the great Twin Otter Premium Panel to use it with the new Aerosoft Twin Otter in MSFS?
I would pay again for such a high quality Panel...
Btw: Is it possible to do this on my own? I dont know if there is any code i could change in Premium Panels.
Thanks and Kind Regards,
Tom

Re: Twin Otter Premium Panel
Yes, Russ has plans to do this soon. It will be an upgrade of the existing panel, so it does not require a new purchase if you already had the panel.

That is great, I love the Twin Otter and it is really nice now in FS2020.
I have a panel made I use for now but an update to the Premium one would be very welcome.

Does the TO in FS2020 have G1000's?

Re: Twin Otter Premium Panel
I don't have the plane, but I know there are several variants of it included. All the screenshots of the interior I've seen so far only have steam gauges. Not sure if they went and stuck G1000s in any of the variants or not.

Re: Twin Otter Premium Panel
I modernized my Twin Otter a bit:
Still lookingforward to the premium panel update. But this one is fun to fly.

Re: Twin Otter Premium Panel
Just finished the engine gauges for the Aerosoft Twin Otter (MSFS2020) and placed them on a prototype panel:
Screenshot taken with Twin Otter after engine start, all gauges operational.
Already supported features:
- minimum main bus power supply,
- adjustable panel lighting,
- fuel quantity indication test
Next steps:
- panel background,
- AFT and FWD booster pump switches
- AFT and FWD emergency booster pump switches
- tank selector (missing in original)
