I just got a new touch screen monitor and am trying to activate both mouse and touch capability. The manual says that 'Mouse & Touch' is the default but there is no option for 'Mouse & Touch' in the dropdown menu. I changed it to 'Mouse', 'Touch, and to 'Off' and would like to change it back to 'Mouse & Touch'. How can I do that?

You're following the 4.x manual, you are using 3.x, so you should be using this page:
