Splitter positions in 'Create/Edit' tabs do not persist

Although the 4.1 release notes mention it:

ADD: Splitter positions in home and create/edit tabs are persisted between sessions

The splitter positions in the 'Create/Edit' tab are not persisted, only the 'Home' tab is persisted. This I have noticed throughout all the late BETA's.

Then I have a fetaure request related to the pane splitting:

As we all, or probably most of us, use those nice wide screens nowadays, it would be nice to have the 'console' and the 'subscriptions' panes stacked on the right side . This would provice much more space in the vertical for the code pane. I never use the whole width but usually have lengthy scripts.

This is an update to the previous post, because I recognized the issue occurs only when opening Air Manager in 'maximized' (full screen) mode.

When AM is opened as 'normal window' the splitters are restored to the positions when AM was left.
