General control panel for NETAVIO Cessna Citation CJ4 (workaround)

I'm now flying with the new NETAVIO Cessna Citation CJ4 for X-Plane. This aircraft is still work in progress, but already fun to fly with. At the moment things are missing such as a configuration panel. To make live easier I made a simple controle panel with some handy (configuration) buttons and run this panel on a touch screen. You can show/hide yokes and open/close doors, so you don't have to configure keyboard keys as suggested in the manual. The panel also contains trim and pause, brakes and landing gear toggle.

You can download the instrument and import it in Air Manager. Because it's a workaround as long as NETAVIO has not implemented a configuration panel, I will not submit this instrument to the store.

I have created a list with NETAVIO Citation CJ4 commands and datarefs, based on the September 2021 version. I found two types of datarefs, "number" and "string". The number datarefs I have used in the control panel were all INT's. For the others you have to try it yourself.
