plugins 3.6 cannot instal

hello, when I want to install the plugins 3.6 it notes me "this application cannot run on your pc to find a version for your PC check with the software editor" therefore impossible to install it with msfs 2020
I have windows 10 family version 10.0.19042.
i also tried to run it with windows xp service pack 3 and windows vista and supp versions. but nothing
