Thank you for that info Gilles,

It might be an idea to start a thread where broken instruments in XP12 are reported. Not sure where it should be located.

Gilles,

Yes that is an Idea. Will wait and see what the SI guys think before I start something.

Interesting, thanks for the link.

It is wise of them to put the magenta type colour as an indicator of a problem, that is sensible.

It is almost - if not the same - colour that was used for masking transparency in FSX . I remember it well. (but that is beside the point) :D
I think there are probably a huge mix of GPU hardware issues, GPU driver issues and of course, many many MANY sim bugs to iron out over the next year or two.

I wish they would use DX12 and not vulkan, vulkan support is sketchy and not on the top of the list for GPU makers.
I know it effects mac and linux etc - but hey. (NIMBY) ;)

I think it is not even the tip of the iceberg yet.

As for the poster there, I don't think his leaning control tower of Pisa and X-Plane 8 graphics in the main image is much to recommend things.
Shockingly bad.

For the image to be THAT BAD with such a low frame rate then the image was taken from some really low spec hardware.

I fear we will have a long time to wait for things to stabilise Keith, but there are more working on the sim now, but that also brings it's own issues with disparate code and 'too many cooks' as Ben seems to have been side-lined quite a bit - unfortunately, and of course Austin is well known to dive in from home and cause chaos without informing anyone..
I am not even going to consider downloading it for at least 6 months, maybe more.

Will create a new plugin installer BETA shortly. For now you can simply copy it.

Corjan
I copied the plug-in from X-Plane 11, it does not show in X-Plane 12 under plugins in simulator launched. Is there a trick to getting this to work so Air Manager 4.1 on iPads/Androids can communicate with PC running X-Plane 12? Thanks.

You can use the plugin installer, use manual install for X-Plane 11 and then choose your X-Plane 12 folder.

No issue at least with manual copy paste :

I've added Dataref while the ZiboMod is loaded here :
