Creative accounting is what made Mercedes produce the fastest car for 7 years and also pay their key 7 personal MORE than the total budget cap for the whole team as - strangely - these costs are not included, neither is the spending on the new buildings, wind tunnels, CFD racks, private jets, 'perks' ... ad infinitum.. neither is the fact that two supposedly independent teams share the same 'space' in Italy..... or the sale or black market 'distribution' of technology from Merc AMG to certain Billionaire owner teams.. Naughty Toto. !
