Arduino and Raspberry

Hi,

I have some questions about Arduino connect to raspberry :

1- when arduino is connected directly to the raspberry, is it possible to see that on the device tab of AM ??
2- and, the arduino works only for the instruments assigned on the raspberry??

Number 2 could be No depending on exactly what you mean. A hardware control wired to the Arduino can control an instrument on a different machine.
