UI Improvement 'Home' page

I would like to make a simple suggestion to improve the User Interface in the"Home" page:

Please reorder the right hand panes for 'Panels' according to generally most used panes first.

My preferred order would be:
-- Layout
-- Window Preferences
-- Background
-- User Properties
-- Start Mode
-- Knobster
-- Hardware (currently there are two 'Hardware' panes ??)

Or let the user define the order

Even on my 4K monitor I always have to scroll to see the most relevant information.

Reason for two hardware.
1) to add HW instruments.
2) to set the arduino pins if "NAMED" HW is used.


I agree they should be together.

Made this same point back when the AM 5 beta first came out. My revised order was a little different.
