Hi,

I just made a flight with the 737 and my instruments, and using AM 4.2.4. On the first FS and AM start I also had 0000 in the VS Display, while the virtual cockpit showed blank for VS. After an update to the latest FSUIPC 7.4.4 everything worked fine. I made a complete flight without any issues.

Good flights!

Do you think you'll be doing that aircraft as well? :)

Hi @skypilotYTS,

oh I don't know yet. I know the 777 is a fascinating aircraft. I have been programming a lot in the last months so for the next weeks I want to focus more on flying. After that, maybe...

Regards,
Detlef

@Detlef

I picked up the 777-300ER tonight, for fun, I fired up the 737 instruments. None of them actually work, however the displays are correct (Heading, Altitude, Speed, Radio, etc...) the values all display.

Do you think you'll be making an instrument set for this one?

@Detlef

I just did a quick test, no FSUIPC running, no LUA, etc.... And the values all displayed from the 777 in the 737. Obviously the controls didn't work, but if I changed the dials in the Virtual Cockpit, the Air Manager readouts all changed correctly.

Radios also worked, and everythign works on the Logitech RAdios and AP Panel so I suspect the 777 would be much easier to make instruments for.

Hi @skypilotYTS,

currently I have much fun flying, so still I don't know yet about making instruments for the PMDG 777. It is a big project for one person. Finding the simvars and events is only a small part of it. If I do it, it is probably without most of the overhead instruments.

Thanks
Detlef

I downloaded your 737-700 pack from the airmanager site, but the FSUIPC7 dependent instruments don't show up in the airmanager instrumetn list. I have copied all 3 .siff files to airmanager. Currently it shows a total of 33 available instruments for the PMDG 737-700. Can you point me in the right direction?
