just tested, I like the new pop-outs but still controls get stuck when on them....at least my trick is not obsolete.

Yeah, it's most definitely not fixed. At least Stanley got POPM working, so that problem for touch users is not really an issue. For Herbert and others using a mouse, this is still a thing unfortunately.
