I Need Help!!

Hello:
I need some serious help. Here's a list of what doesn't work like it should:
1. I have to turn off the 'Private Firewall in order for AM to see the sim (manually providing the IP address of the sim doesn't work any more!)
2. When I can get the AM to connect to the sim, I cannot get AP to run anything. Occassionally, it will put up just the panel but nothing else.
3. When I re-installed Windows 10 the other week, I accidently created a Microsoft account instead of a local account; when I created a new local account, AM required activation (I do not understand why - it's the same machine - I hadn't even turned it off!) but when I attempted to log in, it refused. I have since given up on the second account but the problem is still there.
I really would like to get these problems fixed - some have been around for a long time!

This is no longer funny - 40 people have read this but there has been no reply from Sim Innovations - What's going on? OK - I know what is going on with the license - I had to re-activate the license - yet I have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to require re-activation. This is getting old too!

when it comes to licensing issue it's hard to say what could occurs, there's so many conditions including network issues, license activation limit reached, license file overwritten or missing, aso ...
