Supported SimVars: P3Dv5

#1 Post by DH14300 »

Are there plans to expand the list of supported SimVars for P3Dv5+? Just wondering.
Thanks.

Not sure how that should be expanded?

When open the 'viewer' tool and view all available variables, I noticed many simvars are not in the list. For example, if I want to have an indicator LED for 'TACAN HAS NAV' or maybe 'BLAST SHIELD POSITION (on aircraft carriers)'.

I'm not sure what you mean... Why not just subscribe to those variables?

I have assumed incorrectly it seems! So, all variables are available and supported to AM even though they don't appear in the 'Available variables' list?
Thank you for clarifying.

Normally you shouldn't bother with that 'available list', just use the SDK page from Prepar3D.
