Hidden Instruments

#1 Post by jwalton49 »

Can someone lead me to instructions on how to create hidden instruments like a fuel selector that some of the panels use? They may have a small 'X' and when you click it a larger instrument is displayed.

In watching a few YouTube videos perhaps they are called popup-panels. No information on how to do it though.

There's a fuel switch for the Baron 58 which has this. You can have a look at the script.

I assume you mean it is undocumented. I don't see it on either the free or purchase Baron panel.

No, it is not 'undocumented'

the community instrument - Beechcraft Baron 58 - Fuel selector (there is only one)

you can inspect the properties and see the checkbox. You can check the operation of the pop up by running it with a panel with the pop up option ticked in the selector properties and also inspect and change the code.

Ok, my mistake. I was trying to find it in the community Baron 'panel', not looking for the instrument.
Thank you.
