Hi,

Air Manager was working fine, now it states it's in use in another computer, I don't understand this. I purchased two copies of Air Manager and a copy of Air Player. I had/have Air Manager installed on my tablet from my first purchase that hasn't given me any issues, I have a new download and install on my windows 10 computer from the purchase I just made in June, it's installed on just one computer. It's the server computer for my flight deck.

First order: #6898 Complete 02/02/2019 I believe this is installed on my tablet
Second Order: #6899 Complete 02/02/2019 I think this is the player
Third order #36586 Complete 06/07/2022 Installed on my server computer

How do I get this working without burning through my activations?

If you ever go over the '3' and have an issue then simply contact AM. You will have no issues at all so don't worry. Sim Innovations will look after you.
Again, you will have no issues. If you ever need to contact AM via their support email they will ensure you are ok.

Not at all, it is usually a matter of hardware or OS change that can cause problems as the makeup of the machine forms part of the unique ID.

Hi,

It's back again. I've been using Air Manager since the last activation which is a few weeks now. Today I turn on my computer and I get the same message from Air Manager. BUY / ACTIVATE AIR MANAGER.

what is going on with your protection scheme????? This is getting a bit old, end users should not have to jump through hoops to get what they paid for working without constant activation hassle!

Can we fix this once and for all?

Probably caused by a issue with your hardware. We've seen something similar, where the BIOS ID kept changing. Not really our fault...

Hi,

I run a full 737NG flight deck using dedicated hardware, it is used for flight simulation and nothing else, nothing has changed in this setup. So this is going to be an ongoing thing?
