What information do I need to save to transfer Airmanager to another computer? Have not uninstalled or deactivated yet. I have the order number and coupon code. Is there something else I need to save or code number for reinstall? I have already backed up my instruments and panel files.

Re: Transfer license
In Air Manager 3.7 and up you can reset the license yourself. This counts for Air Manager and Air Player licenses.

Re: Transfer license
I transferred Airmanager a long time ago, just forgot how I did it thank to my old age. I see the hardware id in Airmanger but that would not be the same in the new PC as it will be a different hardware id. So are you saying I need to copy the hardware id and use that to activate in new PC? Does not make any sense to me. I am confused.

Re: Transfer license
Please read and follow each step carefully. There's no copying involved.
Re: Transfer license
A bit of worrying for nothing. Transfer was as easy as 1,2,3. Activated and running.

Probably blocked by your firewall. You can always download our software from our wiki.
Re: Transfer license
I see System requirements are Microsoft Windows 8 or up (64 bit only) but I am running it on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
I know Windows 7 does not have anymore support but it does run Airmanager very well. I had Airmanager on Windows 10 but the graphics card was not totaly compatible therefore I moved Airmanager from Windows 10 to Windows 7 until a can build another computer.
Still cannot do the update even with firewall turned off. I will keep playing with it and maybe figure it out.

Re: Transfer license
It might work, but it also might not. We don't recommend using Windows 7 anyway, it doesn't get any security patches.
As mentioned in my previous reply, you can download the software from our wiki.

Re: Transfer license
For now Airmanager is running great so I will not worry about the update until after I upgrade the computer tp windows 10. Future question: If I was to do a Windows 10 upgrade do I need to deactivate Airmanager again and reactivate after the upgrade? (as I only have one transfer left)

Re: Transfer license
Oh, license transseems to work nice.
Due to the bugged win10to11 Update I have a new boot device on the same PC.
Its is better to deactivate it on the old device? Furtunately i have still acesses ?
Is there althoug a aktivation count up withe the same Hardware Number ?
But the what about my Instrument and Panels?
It is enough to copy the old Directory C:\Users\xx\Air Manager to new D:\Users\xx\Air Manager. ?
I did not transfer all Home/ Panels to Create&Edit Panels and export them.
I could not find a description at the wiki, there it could make sense
