New Panels won't load

After updating to latest version, all panels have a buy button that do not respond, so not able to add any panels, premium or free. Also, I had purchased a panel under 3.7 but don't know how to access it since it isn't showing up.

Found the problem. Even though it had been activated earlier, it didn't recognize it.
