It is not on my store list either... The title is there but the preview shows another instrument. I checked the archives and the instrument is there...perhaps it was corrupted in upload. I also noted that the FSX/P3D variable used is incorrect. Instead of "PLANE HEADING DEGREES MAGNETIC" or whatever it has now it should be "WISKEY COMPASS INDICATION DEGREES"

I will send Ralph a corrected copy and perhaps he can repost it again for you.

Replacing it with a new upload and replacing the XML's that contain all the instrument information didn't help much. You might be able to download it, search for wet compass. It'll probably say that it isn't downloaded, but it might be though. The download system is giving more and more problems, we need to come with a fix very soon. I've issued this with the team, I hope we can fix it very soon. Sorry for all the trouble.

In the meantime...

Here is a zip file with the wet compass which you can manually add to your Air Manager installation. Just unzip it and place it into your Air Manager instruments folder. Restart Air Manager and it will show up in the "Create/Edit" "tab list of instruments or in the "add" instruments list in in the "Instruments" tab.
