How to handle Night lighting of AM

#1 Post by CAVUCO »

I've seen several threads of panel lighting but am wondering if anyone has a recommendation of for simple night lighting on:

Windows 10 PC, XP11, generic 172SP, multiple monitor.

I've been playing with the display brightness setting within Windows system but it dims all screens not just the AM monitor.

Thanks.

There's not really an easy way, that's why almost none of the instruments have this option. You have to make the graphics twice, one for day and one for night.

Thank you, that was what I was suspecting. Is AM planning on adding this as a feature, do you know?

Or you can use masks and dim them.

As I explained, it is not a 'feature', it means redoing all graphics. On top of that, many instruments are made by our customers, so we don't even have the raw design files.
