Custom Panel - Filter on add Instrument requested

When creating a custom Panel in [Create/Edit] tab,
while adding an existing instrument to the freshly created layout,
it would be useful to get a filtering on Instrument name or properties, as we could do in other AM areas

I have fixed this issue. Unfortunately, it is quite complicated to create a filterable combobox in javafx. I choose for a button that will open a window where you can filter and select an instrument.
