Allow to open Multiple selected instruments/panels scripts at once

It would be a very usefull enhancement, to forward the selected instruments/panels list with the open script editor process, while clicking on the related button in [Create/Edit] tab
I don't know if it's usable in Java, but I remember we could create some shell command for such usage, in HKCR
