Thanks for your answer Corjan
we always shutdown Pi with Air Manager tab so we'll do the same in the future
just waiting an update for the persistence issue
for the proxy settings, and after reading your link, if I understand the Air player Pi image would replace the default OS,
I don't know how and if we would be able to set such parameter ... ?! If I understand it would be a start point for your dev ?
Best Regards
Gilles

Surely https (443) would have to be addressed if any
in the manner of internet browser :
"use this address and port for all protocol"
here's another example with also a resolution by adding nameserver statement in /etc/resolv.conf
google NS would be ok (NS1 and NS2 : 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4)
Best Regards

Air Player RaspBerry PI Proxy settings
I've also noticed the "Defaults env_keep" for application perimeter
https://stackoverflow.com/a/25322312
not sure which one is useful for your image
I've not found the credentials (if we are allowed) to login to the Air Player Rasp Pi image ?
perhaps I can try to set proxy and check if update request is send to proxy ?
Best regards
Gilles

Air Player RaspBerry PI Proxy settings
Hello Corjan
I've found that nothing is available for us with pi credentials provided (not su)
and /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10proxy doesn't exist
so nothing could be done alone on my own
Best regards
Gilles

Re: Air Player RaspBerry PI Proxy settings
Hi,
I'm not really a network expect, so I'm afraid I cannot help you get the proxy going.
Looking at the library we use to contact our website, it seems that it in fact has a proxy feature. It seems that I am lying in saying that it is an OS thing. It seems to be an application thing.
That makes sense, in that browsers also have a proxy setting.
To be honest, we don't have time to add this proxy feature to AM/AP since it is a feature that not many people would need,
Corjan
