I tried now several times and always installed again and again. Even Java was removed and freshly installed. No change:
It is always the same: I install and I can start AM3.0 ONCE. I can do the activation and load a panel.
STarting AM3.0 again, shows me only a flashing window for a moment then the window disappears. I can find a crash-log saying that there is a problem
"Exception_Access_violation" 0xc000005 on VCRUNTIME140.dll.
Find the whole directory attached as a .zip
EDIT: it is too big to send the porgram directory as zip
Here comes the diretory from the User-tree. Also too big.
But it seems that deleting the user-derived brings me to the beginning: I can start the application once - then see above.

Re: AM 3.0ß Desktop crashes
BTW:
the log file (I cannot attach any file. ZIPs are too big, .log has the wrong extension) says, the exception happened OUTSIDE the Java VM code.
EDIT: I managed to attach the config.sqlite3 file , but only as a .zip.
The file contains lots of control characters (opening with Notepad++).
Maybe that is the reason
