Air Manager 4 Beta crash when i click show

Hi,

I recently installed air manager 4 BETA 29 but it crashes as soon as i show the panel and only when is connected to FS2020.
if FS2020 is not running the panels executes ok but obviously does nothing.
However if Air Manager is running on the same machine as FS2020 it runs ok with no issues but if I run Air Manager or even air player on another machine it crashes.

I tested with a Mac and a two different windows machines and it does exactly the same thing both air Manager and Air Player.It crashes as soon i click on show button.

I suspect is a problem with java but not sure ( i updated java to the last version)
Any ideas?

Hi. yes the plugin is already installed. but still crashes.
as an additional info. If i run it on inside a windows virtual machine it works :s
do you think is my graphics card? I try to use a laptop with an intel hd graphics 3000 with the latest drivers on Windows 10.
