Air Manager 4 Beta 8 - DIY Knobster Not Working

When using Air Manager 4 Beta 8 and I select the Device tab I see Arduino Nano (B) on the left side. On the right side I see Arduino Nano, Channel: B, Mode: Knobster, COM port: COM4, State: Connected. On the Panel tab in the Knobster section the only option is Knobster disabled.

When using Air Manager 3.7.10 and I select the Device tab I see Knobster B on the left side. On the right side I see Knobster, Name: DIY Knobster, Inner rotary encoder type: 2 detent/pulse, Outer rotary encode type: 2 detent/pulse, Channel: B, State: Connected. On the Panel tab in the Knobster section there are two options, Knobster disabled, and Knobster B.

Air Manager 4 Beta 11 exhibits the same behavior. DIY Knobster cannot be selected for a panel
