Hi,
I updated Air Manager (Windows) to 3.7.8.
Now the app crashes when loading a panel at startup.
The MS Windows 10 Pro Events log reports:
application with failure: javaw.exe, version 8.0.1810.13,
in the path: C:\Program Files\Air Manager\jre\bin\.
Name of the module with the failure: ig9icd64.dll, version: 27.20.100.7990.
Code of the execution: 0xc0000005.
Anyone with the same experience?
Anyone with a solution ?
Paulsk

Hi Paulsk @paulskpt,
it looks like it's Intel Graphics related
Did you already updated your Intel Graphics Drivers to latest ?

Thank you for your reply.
No I did not update the graphics driver recently. It is a fairly new PC.
But my problem has just been solved.
I deleted the Air Manager app. I downloaded the Air Manager app again. Installed it.
At the first "run" the Air Manager app crashed again.
Then at a second run I made quickly various screenshots to "record" what I was seeing.
Suddenly appeared a panel that I recently had used and Air Manager continued to run instead of crashing.
At an inspection I discovered that I had the "Start mode" of more than one panel set for "Start the panel automatically when starting Air Manager". Maybe this fact lead to the crash.
I decided to change the "Start mode" of each panel to "Start the panel manually".
