Just seen this behavior while scrolling on adding a Panel
The <More Information> Button is displayed intermittently

This is because the text of the Zibo is way to long It makes room for that cell.

I'm not sure to understand, one instrument label is impacting all other displayed instruments information ? In the screenshot we don't see any Zibo Panel
I would rather call it a bug that should be fixed. In any case it should be handled in AM !

Yes but I meant it was not currently displayed in the screenshot even if present below

Keep in mind the bug is intermittent while scrolling down and up so there's situation that could be handle properly with a fix right ?

So really a bug to correct in any way ... (with label truncate fix or any related way ...)

Or better, make the popped out window larger and adjusted to the most longer label or description ...
Even adding a "word wrap" function with letting the window size as it is now
