Panes poping up

Weird, but can't close panels, they keep pooping up, it is a bit messy since I have the panels one on top of the other. (Version is 2.1)
Any idea ?

Is there a way for you guys to prepare a short AM V3 tutorial video on youtube, kind of quick startup for the novices, I mean very basic to how to create and modify your first Panel (out of existing instruments)
