Since I have not created any real panels in V3.7 over the last year, is it best to just uninstall my current version and then install V4?
I assume I will have to go through the flashing of the Arduinos again.
Will that upgrade require a different Xplane plugin that I will need to download and install?
Air manager V4 upgrade
Re: Air manager V4 upgrade
Simple answer: yes and yes.
No need to uninstall though, as I assume that the upgrade process is using the same folders

You can indeed just run the installer, it will upgrade the 3.x installation. Update the plugin as well and flash the Arduino(s).

I like that answer. Thanks….Now on to upgrading to V4. It’s just money. What’s another 76 bucks. That’s the cost of only .38 hours on the Hobbs meter at my local flight school. I’ve spent a lot more on flight training and rentals over the years.

Re: Air manager V4 upgrade
I just saw that the only payment option for AM is Paypal.
I no longer have a paypal account. So no upgrading for me.
Maybe I can muddle my way through getting 3.7 to work.
Re: Air manager V4 upgrade
It is easier to use paypal for AM as someone may want to pay in american rupees or afghan afghanis .. . About time the world used the Euro.
Dont know about SimInno but quite often you can pay using paypal without having an account. There is often a 'pay by credit card' option on the paypal login screen - so you don't need to log in. But, not sure in this case.
