Moving instrumnets/panels from AM4 BETA?

I created some instruments/panels under AM4 BETA for MFS2020. What is the easiest way to move them to AM4 normal (non-beta) version?
Should I go via the export import procedure?
Should I temporarily use my AM4 licence to activate BETA to enable export feature and then apply the licence to AM4 non-BETA to import?
Is there any shourtcut to just use the AM4 BETA folders with instruments/panels under AM4 non-BETA, without the hassle with exporting/importing?
