Yes, it’s 1200p natively. And I tried also on two 1080p WinMax touchscreen monitors and have the same issue with them. Is there any other info I can provide? Thanks for helping.

As a mentioned before, it would be nice to see a little video where you go through the process of adding the panel. You can use Screencast-o-matic for example, it's free.

I’ve got a 407 setup with a 4K primary and a 1680x1050 for the panel and it works correctly for me

Here is a video. I found something strange at the end, after I display the panel once, the display settings change show it as a custom display. This probably isn’t right. You can see it at the end of the video. Maybe this is the issue?

Edit: I think it went to custom display because I move the panel with the mouse in the video to show the panel is the right size, it is just not scaling.

Are there any debugging logs or the like I can provide besides the video I posted? Let me know if you are able to access the video. It’s the first time I used videos with Imgur.

I think I got it working. What I believe did it was resizing the panel to a smaller size and then enlarging it. There is something amiss but I’ll let you know if it sticks now.

The video was not really showing what I meant. I mean adding the panel to the 1920x1200 from the start.

For me adding the panel at the intended monitor resolution by simply choosing that monitor works as expected.

The weirdness I saw was after I reduced the resolution to make it smaller and then tried to go back to the native resolution using the scale function.

I only think it worked after making the panel smaller, then enlarging it to the correct size. There is something strange there. And my other panels seem to work fine. I’ll let you all know if I have any further problems.

I got it working so I really don’t want to chance deleting it and adding it again. I’ll let you know if I have any further issues. Thanks for the help!
