Creating a Cessna 172 cockpit

#1 Post by DavidC »

I am trying to develop an Air Manager 4.0 cockpit for a Cessna 172 SP. I have two questions.

First, I have seen examples of the hand brake going vertical rather than horizontal. I would love to know how to duplicate that.

Second, the fuel selector switch, when selected, it is bordered in orange. But when I "SHOW" the panel, it is still bordered in orange but with a + sign in the middle.

I would like to know how to show the hand brake showing perpendicular to the instrument panel, and how to make the fuel selector switch appear as in should appear in the virtual "cockpit" so that I can switch between left and right take and to set in to balance the fuel tanks automatically.

I have no idea what you mean with a vertical handbrake :)

For the fuel selector you can also use this one:

Is it possible to rotate the hand brake icon from the horizontal position to a vertical one?

So, instead of the gray handle reading B R A K E, it will be a vertical B
R
A
K
E ?

Still not sure what you mean. But it sounds like you will have to create your own.
