Hello,
Thank you for accepting me as a new AM geek.
I am unable to connect to FS2020.
Firewall is off.
Plug in seem to be OK ( it said so after installation)
Question: must fs2020 run in order to get the connection in AM ?
FS2020 and AM are on a different HD on the computer. Is that a problem?

I am frustrated because I bought a lot of stuff ( touchscreen, knobster etc) and now I'm blocked

They don't have to be on the same computer. But in that case it is also recommendable to try it with a manual IP setting in the Air Manager Settings tab.

Thanks for the reply, but my 2 questions are:

-Does FS2020 and AM need to be on the same hard disk ( on the same computer)
- does Fs2020 must be running in order to AM to display it found a connection

As I mentioned in my previous post, no they do not have to be on the same computer. Yes FS2020 must be running.
