Is it possible to run GNS430/530 via external view to a Samsung tablet? Here's what I'm trying to do...

Simple answer is not the full gps, only the overlay. To get the full gps (display and overlay) you need to have a monitor connected to a machine running xplane and AM or AP. If there is an Android app similar to iOS duet then you may be able to use that to extend your desktop.
