Will Air Manager 3 for the iPad include a working gps?

I've seen Russ's gps template in duet then put the gps under it and it works a bit of pia to get a gps. Will version 3 for the iPad have a working gps that will work without using duet? I was also to version 3 , wasn't specific weather it will be the desktop , iPad, or both, will have instruments for a twin otter, is that accurate or will that be an additional charge? Trying to decide how much am 3 will work for my simpit and how much I'm going to have to do with wire and switches.
