List of confirmed AM 4.0 bugs?

#1 Post by Pkaser » Wed Apr 21, 2021 8:05 pm

Before I convert my work from 3.7 over to 4.0, is there any kind of list of confirmed bugs to look through?

Thanks

I’m afraid to say I think I’ve found one:

Add an arduino, in MessagePort mode. Create and instrument to interface with it and run it. All good.

Detatch the arduino, make some sketch changes and deploy. Reconnect in AM and run the instrument in Create/Edit. About 75% of the time AM will crash and close.

At least that’s my experience so far. Workaround is to just close and restart AM after making a change to the arduino.

Other than that, though it’s been plain sailing, so all in all good work!

Hi,

Always something :)

Would you mind sending your Arduino and AM instrument?
You can do that using a PM on this forum, or send it to corjan@siminnovations.com.

I will have a look next week,

Corjan
