Seeing last AM 3.7 Beta 16 release today,
I'm wondering if Air Player for Raspberry or Air Player Desktop will not be maintained in the future ? Still on roadmap ?
What the ratio usage of Air manager vs Air Player ?
Air Player Beta is still on Beta 9 !?!
Could we get an approximate ratio on Air Manager iPad / Android / Desktop / Air Player Desktop / Raspberry ?
what will be no more on the plans in the future ?
And if any, will we loosing the support for parts no more supported ?

Versioning and segment availability
Re: Versioning and segment availability
Hi,
We will keep supporting everything we do now.
Porting Air Player for Raspberry pi is proving difficult, since the GPU in the Pi 4 has changed.
The plan is to release AM/AP 3.7 across all devices when everything is done and tested.

Re: Versioning and segment availability
Thanks for your answer Corjan,
though there's still a dilemma, we are always throw back between Final and Beta
so , ideally and I would say at the best, it would be nice to at least release both Air Manager Desktop Beta and Air Player Desktop Beta with same release at the same time.
With this, our work and plans wouldn't differ on both side and nothing will be broken in a day to day working on implementing instruments using the couple Air Manager/Air Player (already a long story)

Re: Versioning and segment availability
Please dont say you are going to drop the pi? its one of the main reasons why i just started investing in Air Manager as it makes so much sense with the Pi
Re: Versioning and segment availability
Hi,
We are not going to drop Raspberry Pi support
It is just that with the release of the Pi 4, development has just become a bit more challenging.
What might be necessary, is to have to flash the SD card again. You should backup panels within Air Manager first.
